2008 goals

1. Finish the year weighing less than 150 pounds

2. Finish the swim part of a tri in the top 50% of the field.

3. 5,000 total miles

4. No more than 12 days off excluding injury /sick days.

5. Read 12 books

6. Watch 12 movies.

7. Finish the wine Cellar (carry over)

8. Top three in a tri in my age group

9. Volunteer for something

10. Learn at least 50 Chinese words.

11. tbd - something work related

12. Monthly goal
a. January – Lose 5 pounds
b. Febuary - ride outside
c May (it took until April to ride outside stupid weather) swim 15,000 yards.

If you weight less than 150 lbs by the end of 2008...I will have to hate you
