It is really pretty simple. If you have a dog that you can't control never let it off leach.
Fortunately, I have a good dog I can control and she was on a leach. The same could not be said for the woman at the park who's dog repeatedly tried to attack mine while she futilely tried to chase after it. Of course she never apologised for the little mutant either.

I find pepper spray to be highly effective
kicks and pepper spray...but for the owner only please. There are no bad dogs, just bad owners.
